The Monovarietal Picual La Chinata is the olive juice of the Picual variety, typical mainly of the region of Andalusia, especially of the provinces of Jaén, Granada, Córdoba and Seville. In this area, we collect only those fruits that meet the properties that we consider fundamental to obtain an Extra Virgin of very high quality.
From early olive harvest we manage to develop a higher quality EVOO and thus guarantee the conservation of its organoleptic properties.
Only through this selection system, can we guarantee our customers an Extra Virgin of which we are completely sure in terms of quality.
This variety is very rich in Oleic Acid, very beneficial to reduce the risks of cardiovascular and liver disease, as well as a large amount of natural antioxidants and an excellent composition of fatty acids.
It is an EVOO of great strength and body, with touches of wood, banana, as well as freshly cut grass. Its flavor is slightly bitter and spicy and its aroma reminds of fruity herbs. It is an EVOO that withstands high temperatures very well, so it is perfect for frying chicken, vegetables or fish.
